Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Conditions
1.1 Situations where returns are acceptable
✅ Product quality issues: The product is damaged, defective, or seriously inconsistent with the description.
✅ Wrong delivery: Receive the wrong product or model.
✅ Non-customized products: Unused, unopened products with original packaging and labels (applicable within 7 days from the date of receipt).
1.2 Situations where returns are not allowed
❌ Customized products (such as engraving, special sizes, etc.).
❌ Personal hygiene products (such as underwear, skin care products, etc. that have been opened).
❌ Digital products (such as e-books, software activation codes).
❌ Products that have not been returned for more than 7 days.

2. Return process
2.1 Application steps
Contact customer service: Submit an application within 7 days after receiving the goods through the following methods:

*Required: order number, reason for return, product photos (if there are quality issues).

Obtain return authorization: Customer service will review and send the "Return Authorization Code" and return address (usually a local warehouse in Ghana) within 24 hours.

Return the goods:

Send the goods together with the original packaging, gifts and "Return Authorization Code" to the designated address.

It is recommended to use a trackable logistics service (such as DHL Ghana, Ghana Post) and keep the logistics voucher.

2.2 Return Fees
If it is due to our fault (such as product quality problems, wrong delivery): we will bear the return shipping costs (can be reimbursed or prepaid logistics labels).
If it is due to customer reasons (such as dislike, wrong purchase): the customer needs to bear the return shipping costs.

3. Refund Processing

3.1 Refund Method
Refund to your original payment account (such as credit card, Mobile Money account).
If you pay in cash or cannot return the original way, it will be refunded by bank transfer or store balance.

3.2 Processing Time
We will process the refund within 5-7 working days after receiving the return and confirming the status of the product.
The actual arrival time depends on the payment service provider:
Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash): usually 1-3 working days.
Credit/Debit Card: Up to 7-10 working days.

4. Exchange Service
For products that meet the return conditions, you can choose to exchange the same product or other equivalent products (need to pay the price difference).
The exchange logistics fee rules are the same as those for returns.

5. Policy Updates
This policy may be revised according to Ghana's laws and regulations or business adjustments. The latest version is always subject to this page.
