Order Tracking Guide

At [Jason's Store], we are committed to giving you a clear view of every step of your package. The following is a detailed description of order status inquiries and logistics issues:

1. How to track an order?

Step 1: Get the tracking number
After the order is shipped, you will receive a text message and email (sent to the registered email address) containing the tracking number.

You can also log in to your online store account and view the tracking number and logistics company name on the "My Orders" page.

Step 2: Check the logistics status
Method 1: Check on the official website of the logistics company

Visit the website of the following cooperative logistics company and enter the logistics number for real-time tracking:
✅ Delivery in Ghana:
Ghana Post
DHL Ghana
Local cooperative courier name (such as BXC Ghana)

✅ International delivery:
DHL International
Aramex

Method 2: Check through the online store account

Log in to your account → Go to "My Orders" → Click the "Track Package" button, the system will automatically jump to the logistics page and display the latest status.

2. Logistics Status Description
The following are common logistics status terms and their meanings:

Status Tip Description
Shipped The package has left the warehouse and is waiting for the logistics company to pick it up.
In Transit The package is in transit and may display a transit city (such as Accra, Kumasi, etc.).
Customs Clearance The international package is being processed by Ghana Customs and may require you to provide documents or pay customs duties (if any).
Delivered The package has been signed for by the recipient or the designated consignee. If you have not received it, please contact customer service immediately.

3. Common Problems and Solutions
Q1: No logistics tracking number or email received
Check the spam/SMS box, or wait 24 hours (the synchronization of tracking numbers of some logistics providers may be delayed).
If you still have not received it, please contact us through online customer service or call [+86 150 2935 5204] for verification.

Q2: Logistics status has not been updated for a long time
In Ghana: Logistics information is usually updated every 24-48 hours. If it has not been updated for more than 3 days, please contact us to assist in contacting the logistics company.
International orders: Customs clearance may cause delays. It is recommended to check the customs status directly through the logistics company's official website.

Q3: The package is displayed as "signed for" but not received
Check whether it is collected by family, neighbors or property.
Contact the logistics company to confirm the information of the signatory (order number must be provided).
If it is confirmed to be lost, please provide a written certificate from the logistics company and we will arrange a refund or resend (see the refund policy for details).

4. Logistics delays or abnormal handling
4.1 Reasons for delays in Ghana
🕒 Logistics volume surges during holidays (such as Independence Day and Christmas).
📍 Delivery in remote areas (such as the Northern Province) may take an additional 1-3 working days.

4.2 Customs issues for international orders
If customs duties need to be paid, the logistics company will notify you by SMS/call.
Keep the customs receipt. In some cases, you can apply for tax compensation (subject to the refund policy conditions).

Warm Tips:

For orders paid with MTN Mobile Money or Vodafone Cash, the logistics tracking number will also be sent through the payment APP notification.
It is recommended to check the outer packaging when receiving international orders. If there is any damage, please take a photo on the spot and refuse to accept it.
