1. Delivery Coverage Area
In Ghana: Covering all 16 provinces (Greater Accra, Ashanti, Western, etc.), including major cities and remote areas.
International delivery: Supports some African countries (such as Nigeria, Cote d'Ivoire, South Africa, etc.). Please select the specific country list when placing an order or contact customer service for confirmation.
2. Order Processing and Delivery Time
2.1 Order Processing
All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days after successful payment (holidays will be postponed).
If the product is out of stock, we will notify you of the estimated restocking time or cancel the order and refund by email or phone.
2.2 Delivery Time
In Ghana:
Standard delivery: 3-7 working days (usually faster in urban areas).
Expedited delivery: 1-3 working days (only in major cities, additional fees apply).
International delivery: 7-15 working days (depending on the speed of customs clearance at the destination).
3. Shipping calculation
Within Ghana:
Free shipping for orders over [XX Cedis], and a fixed shipping fee of [XX Cedis] for less than the full amount.
Or: Shipping is calculated based on weight and region (e.g. 5 Cedis for the first weight, 2 Cedis for each additional kg).
International orders: Shipping is automatically calculated based on the destination and weight of the goods, and the final amount is displayed on the checkout page.
4. Logistics partners
Within Ghana: Ghana Post, DHL Ghana, or local express companies (such as [fill in the name of the partner company]).
International delivery: DHL, Aramex or African cross-border logistics line.
5. Order tracking
After the order is shipped, you will receive a text message/email with the logistics tracking number and tracking link.
Check the logistics status in the following ways:
Visit the logistics company's official website and enter the tracking number.
Log in to your online store account to view the "Order Details" page.
6. Delivery Problem Handling
6.1 Delayed Delivery
If the order is not delivered after the estimated time limit, please confirm the status of the package through the logistics order number first.
If the delay is caused by our or the logistics party, you can apply for freight compensation or re-delivery.
6.2 Lost or damaged package
Within Ghana: If the logistics shows that the package has been signed but not received, please contact customer service immediately and provide proof of receipt. We will assist in the investigation or arrange a refund/re-delivery.
International orders: It is recommended to check the outer packaging upon receipt. If damage is found, please take photos on the spot and refuse to accept it, and contact us to handle subsequent claims.
7. Customs and import taxes (international orders only)
International orders may incur customs duties, value-added tax (VAT) or other import fees. The specific amount is determined by the customs of the destination country.
Liability Statement:
DDU terms (duty unpaid): All import costs are borne by the recipient.
