If it is found that a minor uses the service without the consent of the guardian, we will immediately terminate the account and cancel the relevant order.

3.1 Account Responsibilities

You must keep your account activities and password confidential. This Platform is not responsible for any losses caused by unauthorized use.

3.2 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account for the following reasons:
Violation of these Terms or Ghanaian laws and regulations.
Providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activities.
Long-term non-use (usually more than 12 months).

4. Order and Payment
Contract Formation: Your order is deemed an offer to purchase, and the contract comes into effect after we send the order confirmation via email.
Prices and Taxes: Product prices are quoted in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS) and include applicable taxes (such as VAT). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment Methods: Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash), credit/debit cards, etc. are supported (see Payment Policy for details).

5. Quality of Goods and Services
Product Description: We try our best to ensure that product information is accurate, but color, size, etc. may vary slightly due to differences in device display.
Stock Risk: If the product is out of stock, we have the right to cancel the order and refund in full.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Behaviors
You agree not to engage in the following:

Upload viruses, malicious code, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

Unauthorized crawling of data or bulk registration of accounts using technical means.

Publishing false comments, defamatory content, or content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

Reselling certain goods (such as medical devices, encryption software) in violation of Ghana's export control regulations.

Risk of use of goods: You are responsible for the consequences of using the goods (such as allergies, misuse, etc.), and this platform is not responsible for the results of non-quality issues.
Third-party services: We are not responsible for interruptions or errors in third-party services such as payment gateways and logistics providers.

Consumer rights: You may file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency, Ghana.
